I just got back from a trip to Boston, and despite the mugginess, I absolutely loved it. It has the big city feel while still being warm and welcoming. And the architecture was just beautiful. But because of the humid heat, thin, breezy clothes such as this outfit were all I wore.
This is definitely a favorite outfit of mine for summer. Its actually just so comfortable, and perfect for a hot day because of how light and airy it is. Plus, I love the way that the skirt billows and flows behind me as I walk, especially on a breezy day. It makes me want to frolic through a meadow. Seriously, just put on a flowy high-low skirt and trust me, you will understand. :)
